1. GENERAL TERMS & ORDER FLOW

1.1. The KOTLIAROVA online store delivers orders across Ukraine and worldwide from our warehouse in Ukraine.
1.2. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer (Sales Agreement). By placing an order, you confirm your agreement with all its terms.
1.3. The delivery process consists of the following stages:
Order Processing (1-3 business days).
Choice of Delivery Service (selected by the customer during checkout).
Handover to Carrier & Dispatch (you will receive a tracking number).
Tracking & Receipt.

2. DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

The customer independently selects their preferred carrier during checkout. Delivery costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

3.1. Key Condition: Customs, Taxes & Duties (DDU)

For delivery outside Ukraine, the recipient (buyer) is considered the importer of the goods into their country. We use the international trade term DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • KOTLIAROVA pays for delivery to the destination country's border.

  • The recipient is solely responsible for checking their country's customs regulations and paying all applicable import taxes (VAT, GST), customs duties, and handling fees.

  • We recommend checking your country's customs rules and approximate duty rates for textile goods (clothing) in advance.

3.2. Choosing a Carrier for International Shipments

We partner with three reliable carriers. The choice depends on the destination country, required speed, and budget.

  • Destinations: Over 70 countries.

  • Key Feature — IOSS for the EU: For shipments to the European Union via Meest POST, there is an option to use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This allows for sharing the EU import VAT obligations between the seller and the buyer, which can speed up customs clearance. Important: This option must be activated separately when arranging the shipment and is not applied by default to all orders.

  • Holiday Seasons: During peak periods (November-January), delivery times may be extended. Check the website for news.

4. TRACKING & PROBLEM RESOLUTION

4.1. After handing the order to the carrier, a tracking number is sent to your email.
4.2. Track your parcel on the carrier's websites using the links above.
4.3. If the status doesn't update for over 7 days or there's an issue:
1. Step 1: Check the tracking number on the carrier's website.
2. Step 2: Contact the carrier's support directly (numbers in the table in section 2 or on their websites).
3. Step 3: If the carrier doesn't resolve the issue, email us at support@kotliarova.com with your order number. We will initiate a service investigation (may take up to 30 calendar days for international shipments).

5. IMPORTANT TERMS & GUARANTEES

5.1. Packaging & Insurance: All items are securely packed. International shipments via Nova Global and Meest POST are insured. Shipments via Ukrposhta are insured according to the postal operator's standard rules.
5.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, logistical disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure.
5.3. Holiday Period: Processing and delivery times may be extended from November to January. We post updates on our website.
